New York's Premier Dental Laboratory
Every prosthetic we produce is made by hand — calibrated, glazed, and finished to the micrometer so your patients leave with a fit that feels like it was always theirs.
What We Do
Full-contour and layered restorations in zirconia, E-max, and PFM — each one checked for occlusion, contact, and marginal fit before it leaves our bench.
Acrylic and flexible-base dentures custom-milled and hand-processed for comfort and aesthetics. We work with your prescriptions, not templates.
Abutments, bars, and screw-retained prosthetics designed for your implant system — whatever the manufacturer specifies, we engineer to it.
Hard and soft occlusal appliances fabricated from durable, clinical-grade materials. Precision-contoured for bruxism management and TMJ support.
Minimally invasive veneers in lithium disilicate and feldspathic porcelain — shade-matched, textured, and glazed to look indistinguishable from natural dentition.
Urgent cases handled on accelerated timelines without compromising fit or finish. Call ahead and we'll prioritize your lab work accordingly.
About Us
Best Fit Dental Lab was founded on a single conviction: that a dental restoration should never be mass-produced. Every crown, bridge, and denture that passes through our doors in New York is handled, adjusted, and finished by experienced technicians who understand that the difference between a good restoration and a great one is measured in fractions of a millimeter.
We partner with general dentists, prosthodontists, and specialists across the New York area — from Brooklyn to Manhattan — providing the kind of personal attention that large commercial labs simply cannot offer. Your cases are tracked, your deadlines are respected, and every piece of feedback is incorporated into the next iteration.
How It Works
Your case arrives at our lab and is logged with full documentation — prescription, shade, material choice, and deadline. No detail is overlooked.
Models are poured and reviewed. For implant cases, we verify abutment compatibility. For esthetic cases, we discuss shade and characterization with you directly.
Each restoration is built by hand — waxed, invested, fired, layered, or milled depending on the material. Quality checkpoints are built into every stage.
Glazing, staining, and final occlusal adjustment are completed before the case is packaged and returned to you — on time, every time.
